Notification of Corporate Split Concerning Epson and Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company

Epson will make some changes to its quartz device business after the corporate split on April 1st, 2012.

The sales function of Epson Toyocom will be transferred to Seiko Epson.　
We are planning to unify our product range under the Epson brand name in the near future.
Epson Toyocom will concentrate on manufacturing operations at the Miyazaki Plant, Japan.
