Notification of Corporate Split Concerning Epson and Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company

Epson will make some changes to its quartz device business after the corporate split on April 1st, 2012.

  • The sales function of Epson Toyocom will be transferred to Seiko Epson. 
  • We are planning to unify our product range under the Epson brand name in the near future.
  • Epson Toyocom will concentrate on manufacturing operations at the Miyazaki Plant, Japan.
