Software development for the S1C17 Family of microcontrollers requires the following software and hardware development tools : Compiler Package and incircuit debugger.
Connect the hardware development tool using a USB cable to a PC that has the software development tool installed.
Then, connect the hardware development tool to the target board using the purpose-built cable.
Now you are ready to develop software for or write a program to the S1C17 Family flash MCU mounted on the target board.
