1. Work to achieve harmony between business activities and the global environment, through environmental programs that involve the entire workforce of the Semiconductor Operations.
2. Comply with environmental legislation and other requirements, and prevent environmental pollution.
3. Establish and put into force environmental goals and targets that reflect business conditions, and conduct the necessary reviews.
4. Periodically perform internal audits and conduct management reviews so as to continuously improve environmental performance and the environmental system.
5. Taking into account technical and economic factors, continuously promote programs designed to minimize environmental impact,which in turn provides additional value to customers.

   (2) Innovate all processes so as to reduce their environmental impact
   a. Promote the prevention of global warming
   b. Promote a resource recycling and saving program
   c. Properly manage chemical substances
6. This environmental policy is communicated to all Semiconductor Operations staff and the policy is made available to the public.
